Question What makes your fragrances different from typical perfumes?

AnswerOur fragrances are not created from trends or market briefs. Each scent begins with a scentgraph — a visual, emotional, or reflective state Dr. Abu Āisha wishes to translate into scent. This synthesis of chemistry and contemplation results in compositions designed not to impress, but to invite stillness, clarity, or inward depth.

Question Are your perfumes religiously safe to wear?

AnswerYes. Our formulations do not contain khamr (intoxicating liquor) or impure materials. Spray perfumes use perfumery-grade ethanol, which, by scholarly consensus, does not invalidate prayer. Oil-based roll-ons are entirely alcohol-free.

Question Are these for men or women?

AnswerWe do not assign gender to scent. Some perfumes may feel open and soft, others bold and grounded — but none are crafted with gender in mind. They are made for the human spirit, not categories.

Question What is a scentgraph?

AnswerA scentgraph is the emotional or visual anchor that begins each composition — a moment of stillness, descent, clarity, or return. From that state, the fragrance is composed note by note, using both advanced chemistry and sensory intuition.

Question Are your perfumes natural or synthetic?

AnswerWe use both. Dr. Abu Āisha, a chemist with over a decade of experience in synthesis, constructs each scent from precisely designed oils — combining the depth of naturals with the precision, ethical transparency, and safety of laboratory-crafted molecules.

Question Are your perfumes vegan and cruelty-free?

AnswerYes. We do not use animal-derived ingredients or test on animals.

Question Do you create custom fragrances?

AnswerAt present, we do not offer public custom perfumery. However, private commissions may be considered under certain circumstances.

Application & Experience

Question How should I apply the perfume for best effect?

AnswerApply to clean, moisturized skin at the pulse points: wrists, neck, or behind the ears. For roll-ons, gently dab and let it rest — do not rub, as this disrupts the top notes and shifts the evolution.

Question How long do the perfumes last?

AnswerLighter perfumes typically last 4–6 hours, deeper ones 8–12+, depending on skin type, environment, and composition. We guarantee not just projection, but presence.

Question Can I layer your perfumes?

AnswerWhile each perfume is designed to be complete on its own, some wearers enjoy combining one perfume of Clarity with one of Depth. If layering, apply the lighter scent first, followed by the deeper.

Question Can I try a sample before committing to a full bottle?

AnswerYes. Our products are available in sample sizes to allow you to explore the scent gently, at your own pace, before making a fuller commitment.

Question How should I store my perfumes?

AnswerKeep your perfume away from direct sunlight and heat. A cool, dark drawer or cabinet preserves the integrity of the scent. High temperatures or light exposure may alter the balance or longevity.

Orders & Delivery

Question How long does delivery take?

AnswerWithin Pakistan: 2–4 business days
International: 10–15 working days, depending on location and customs.

Question How can I track my order?

AnswerOnce dispatched, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and link. You may follow the parcel through the courier’s portal.

Question Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

AnswerYes, for domestic orders. For orders above Rs. 15,000, a partial advance may be required.

Question Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?

AnswerIf your order has not yet entered processing, you may modify or cancel it within 6 hours of placement. After that, changes may not be possible.

Returns, Exchange & Assurance

Question What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

AnswerPlease contact us within 7 days of receiving a faulty or damaged item. We will replace it without cost once the issue is confirmed.

Question What if the scent doesn’t feel right for me?

AnswerWe offer a one-time exchange for gently used products (at least 90% full), within 7 days of delivery. We want your connection to the scent to be real, not forced.

Question Can your perfumes cause allergies or reactions?

AnswerThough our materials meet high safety standards, skin reactions can vary. We recommend performing a patch test before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin.

Question Are these suitable as gifts?

AnswerYes. Our fragrances are often chosen as intentional gifts — for moments of stillness, weddings, transitions, or sacred milestones. Each bottle arrives in elegant packaging suitable for gifting.

Question Can scent really carry meaning?

AnswerWe believe it can. Just as memory, light, or silence can carry emotion — scent can hold insight. Not all fragrances are created to impress. Some are made to return you to the moment.
